You may experience: No effects at all, or possibly some extremely strong cravings. You may feel extra hungry (this is why I remind you that this isn't a diet and that if you feel hungry, you should eat from your Yes foods list!), or you may feel like you are eating a lot. This new approach may mean eating a lot more food than you're used to - and that's okay!
Your best bet is to: Roll with the positivitiy that Day 1 brings.
