Day 5 "Okay, I'm Getting The Hang Of This."

You may experience: Headaches starting to clear and fewer cravings, or struggles with temptation and slip-ups if you're unprepared and hunger sets in.
Your best bet is to: Remember what got you off on the right foot in the first place: preparation! That early start you had to getting food ready, having healthy snacks on hand, and planning meals was right on, and now you may need to revisit that preparation. Take action, and make sure that you have 21DSD-friendly meals and snacks ready to go.
